This option is tailored to those who do not wish to compete in strength sports, but still wish to see the benefits of strength training and a healthy lifestyle. This includes:

TECHNIQUE ANALYSIS
This option is for anyone not looking for a coach, but wanting to get a second opinion on their technique.
This would be a video chat of up to 1 hour going through technique on the main SBD movements.

PROGRAM ANALYSIS
This option is for anyone not looking for a coach (typically self coached athletes) who are wanting to get a second opinion on a program that they have written for themselves.
This would be a video chat of up to 1 hour talking through what you've got so far, and what I think could be improved upon/adjusted.

ONE-OFF NUTRITION CONSULTATION
This option is for anyone not wanting to commit to ongoing nutrition coaching, but would like to discuss their current dietary habits and talk through ways to optimise them to help achieve their goals.
